Cooking Instructions Beef Stroganoff Thaw fully in refrigerator. saute beef in large skillet over medium heat with 2 T Olive Oil until medium. Push meat aside and add bag of onions, saute until translucent. Add bag of sauce ingredients and stir constantly until mixed well. Rinsw out bag with 2 cups water and add to pot. Simmer until meat is cooked through and tender 145° Turn heat to medium low and add bag of mushrooms and Sour cream from fridge and heat through to desired doneness. Serve with egg noodles. Egg Noodles - Fill large sauce pan 3/4 full of water add 1 tsp Salt. Bring to boil add pasta and cook 7-9 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain and serve.
