Description Delicious enough to double as a dessert. Thick slices of bread soaked in a rich bath of cinnamon spiced eggs and topped with pecans and blueberries.

Cooking Instructions Thaw fully in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400°. Pour eggs over bread (you can pour eggs over bread the night before). While bread is soaking up liquid (at least an hour) - in small sauce pan over medium heat place in contents of pecan bag and stir until butter is melted (occasionally push bread down to be sure it absorbs the liquid). Pour melted mixture over bread and bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes or until any liquid from blueberries is bubbling.
