| Cooking Instructions |
Thaw fully in refrigerator. Don’t let these instructions confuse you - Cooking pasta and sauteing chicken needs to be done simultaneously. In large sauce pot boil water for pasta. In large skillet, over medium high heat, saute bacon & chicken in olive oil – 4 minutes on each side. Add bag with wine and 1/2 Cup Water. Reduce by half about 3 minutes. Cook pasta in boiling water. Put peas in colander. When Pasta is just about done add egg mixture to CHICKEN pan and stir. Drain pasta in colander OVER the peas DO NOT RINSE. Shake pasta to remove excess water. Add hot pasta and peas to chicken mixture and toss to coat. Serve and top with Parmesan cheese. |
