Cooking Instructions Thaw fully in refrigerator. In a large saute pan add 1 - 2 TBS olive oil, add contents of veggie bag and saute approx. 5-8 min. Add risotto, stir well and cook until light brown. Stir in contents of wine bag and 1 1/2 cups of Warm Water, stir well, and cook for 5 min. Add another Cup of Warm Water, stir and cook 5 minutes. Add another Cup of Warm Water, stir and cook 5 minutes. Add one last Cup of Warm Water (4 1/2 cups total), stir and cook for 5 minutes. Test for doneness, add more water if necessary. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
