| Cooking Instructions | In large skillet over med-high heat with 2 Tbsp Olive oil saute bag with chicken until cooked through to 165° about 5-8 min. Add 1 Cup Water and bag of sauce. Bring to a boil and down to a simmer for 4-6 min.Add bag of veggies and simmer another 3- 5min. Top with Cashews and serve over Jasmine Rice: In small sauce pan add 3 Cups of water and rice. Cook over medium heat for 20-30 min or until water has been absorbed. Let rice sit for 10 minutes before serving. |
