Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
Might be easiest to bring dough to room temp.
No need to grease the sheet.
Flatten cookie slightly with bottom of glass
that's been dipped in sugar - can do this
with colored sugar.
Optional to top each cookie with sprinkles, m&m's,
jelly beans, really any small candy you want.
Bake at 350º until slightly golden at edges.
